Before reserving a room, please follow the steps below to check availability:

• Review the campus floor plan to identify the area you need. 

• Check the room calendar to view availability and capacity.

  • If a time slot shows “Busy,” the room is not available during that time.

  • You can click on the time slot to view the exact time duration, if needed.

• Find a suitable room and click on the Reservation Request Form.

  • You will need to sign in using your phone number (preferred) or email to access the form.

  • Fill out and submit the form to complete your request.
