ECC is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor or Minister to lead our youth ministry (grades 6–12) at the Redmond Campus. This role focuses on building relationships with students, creating a safe space to explore faith, and guiding them toward Christ.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other campus youth leaders and the Redmond pastoral team, supporting ECC’s mission through a team-based ministry approach.
