Seattle Campus
Rev. Ho Man Yeung was called to serve at ECC Seattle in September 2007. Rev. Yeung was born and raised in Hong Kong. Even though he grew up in a traditional Chinese ancestor-worship family, he was led to Christ by his grandmother and was baptized during Easter of 1967. In 1971, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University. Immediately afterward, he started his theological training at China Evangelical Seminary, Taipei, and his training was interrupted after one-and-a-half years. He returned to Hong Kong and practiced as a structural engineer. In 1979 he received his Master of Divinity Degree from Hong Kong Chinese University and then became appointed by the Hong Kong Methodist Church, and was ordained in 1982. In 1990, after serving in the Methodist Church as pastor and denomination administrator for 11 years, he and his family moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he pursued higher education at Emory University, and was later awarded a Doctorate of Ministry Degree in 1993. In 1992 he moved to Cleveland, Ohio, and served as the Senior Pastor of the Cleveland Chinese Christian Church. Later, he continued his education and received a diploma in Pastoral Psychology from the Medical School of Case Western Reserve University until his relocation for his current ministry at ECC Seattle.
Pastor Yeung and his wife, Clara, are blessed with three adult children: daughter Vickie (married to John Rooda, with son Elliott, born on Thanksgiving 2015 and son Anderson, born in 2017), son Petros (married to Sophia Wang, with a daughter Aria, born in 2026), and daughter Eunice.
