應徵者需是
- 具有在美合法工作身分
- 近兩年從神學院畢業或即將畢業
- 可以用國語（普通話）教導、牧養，英文流利溝通
- 有無牧會經驗均可，但有清楚的全時間事奉呼召，且願意與多元背景的教牧團隊配搭事奉
- 熟悉北美華人移民教會會眾面對的挑戰和需要
- 本實習計劃爲期一年，一年期滿後可續期一年（最長實習期兩年)。進入計劃的傳道人，在裝備期間為教會教牧同工，受薪並享有教牧同工福利。

This role manages church facility operations, maintenance, and safety while collaborating with staff. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in building systems, budgeting, and contract negotiation, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to ECC’s Statement of Faith and Statement on Marriage and Sexuality.
